Message | This is a blatant attmept to destroy our defense industries, by destroying their efficiency in international trade. They have submitted an official complaint, and estimate that many jobs will be lost as human workers are replaced with mechanized processes, in order to recover the additional costs. |
Date | 18:35:59, October 18, 2005 CET | From | Cooperative Commonwealth Federation | To | Debating the No arms to dictators |
Message | Nonsense. Lodamun's highly competitive industries can easily make up any lost business by selling to sane governments. If we join NATO, for instance, we shall easily dominate the defence industries of the weaker economies with which we are allied. Also: thou shalt not kill. In Terra's name, we must not let Lodamun-made weapons fuel wars overseas or be used to murder innocents. After all, war is very bad for business. |

Message | We may consider this if our highly successful weapons of mass destruction are allowed to remain on the market. Due to the lack of nations around the world willing to supply them, we easily have a decent market share. |
Date | 19:01:45, October 18, 2005 CET | From | Tuesday Is Coming | To | Debating the No arms to dictators |
Message | Right now only Lodamun and Wantuni freely sell arms of all types. |
Date | 19:25:31, October 19, 2005 CET | From | Slaytanic Wehrmacht | To | Debating the No arms to dictators |
Message | Wantuni sells about almost everything people want to buy. |
Date | 04:24:54, October 20, 2005 CET | From | Cooperative Commonwealth Federation | To | Debating the No arms to dictators |
Message | But it's all so shoddy! Wantuni-made weapons usually backfire and end up killing the person who is using them, or irradiating his home village, or exploding to the tune of "Wantuni Wantuni Wantuni." Only Lodamun's finely-crafted weapons can really harm anyone. |
