Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: August 2757

Description[?]:

Because the toher member of the Terran Empire and other signatory of the Union Treaty, Alduria, has ceased to be under the control of the monarchy, we propose a temporary suspension of the obligations of the Union Treaty. After the passage of this act, Luthori's actions will no longer be bound by the treaty and this until a resolution countering this one is passed.

Long live the glorious reign of His Majesty!

MessageStatement on Behalf of the Foreign Ministry of Zardugal:

As close friends with the Luthori citizens and government, we stand today in both pride and sorrow for what has befallen your brothers in arms in Alduria. Though, take heart in that in this unfortunate misstep of history. Luthori now has the ability to be independent once more, wholly and truly. The Government of Zardugal is always here with our hands extended should any assistance be needed during these trying times. As well, it has been asked of me by Zardugal's newly elected Director-General to congratulate your mighty nation for having the initiative to act and not sit idly by while the tides of history pass you by.

With Respect,
Ambassador Julia Thamion (F.R.P.)

MessageThe Foreign Ministry of Luthori is extremely grateful for the kind message sent by Mrs Thamion. We are truly honoured to have the privilege of working so closely with the government of Zardugal and are confident that these strong, close relations will only improve as the years go on.

We must thank you, also, for your well-wishes regarding Alduria and the Terran Empire. We have no doubt that the Terran Empire will live on strongly into the future despite any setbacks it may face.

With the kindest regards,

Mr Harry McCormack
Minister of Foreign Affairs for Luthori

MessageOOC: As good a place as any to ask this, I presume Luthori obviously has an Embassy in Zardugal. Anyone care to give me a name of the Ambassador with any pertinent information? Cheers!

Random quote: "The European Union and environmental advocacy groups use global warming hysteria to advance their own special agendas. The European Union recognizes any significant reduction in CO2 emissions by the United States will significantly reduce its economic output, thereby bringing it closer to the inferior output of European nations. Environmental advocacy groups work to stifle economic and industrial progress wherever they find it to inhibit the successful advancement of peoples in developing nations, inevitably making mankind a second class citizen of planet Earth." - Dr. Jay Lehr
