MessagePress Release from the Zardic Embassy:

On behalf of the people and government of Zardugal I commend the parties within the legislature here for this universal support of this wonderful concord between our two blessed nations. The government of Lodamun should be pleased to hear that Foreign Minister Rawlins who is currently here in Lodamun gave a call to his Deputy Minister and authorized the submission of this treaty for consideration under the Directorate. The last update I received from my offices in Zardugal was that this concord is to be passed and ratified.

No two nations in modern history have had as close of ties as Lodamun and Zardugal have had and this treaty goes a long way in establishing in a more formal way that special relationship. I have communicated with Minister Rawlins and Director-General Gould and they are both keen to put this treaty into action and expand upon it in ways that benefits both of our nations. Economic, socially and culturally exchanges are paramount to maintaining close relations and while our two nations are nearly half-way across Terra this hasn't stopped our relations nor should it. We should take this opportunity to expand our alliances.

In an era of fractured alliances, crumbling international institutions and the menacing rise of Nova Terra the most solid way of expressing solidarity with others is maintaining these vitally healthy relationships among like minded nations. This is why the governments support both here and in Zardugal seem as a breath of fresh-air into international relations. Let us all do our part to ensure this mutual respect and friendship is kept alive and vibrant.

With Respect,
Ambassador Claudia Kostandian
