MessageOh c'mon, killing animals is illegal while at the same time non-restrictive fishing? So the animals can be overpopulated while the fish cease to exist? This is silly legislation.

MessageWe will soon find ourselves overrun with game and they will, instead of dying relatively quickly from sport shooting, die slowly and painfully from starvation due to overpopulation.

Hunting will control the population of game; it always has and it always will. As for these farms you speak of, what you are proposing is that the farmer and his wife cannot go out, pick the fattest hog, and have it for meals because they cannot kill their own animal for meat ... they will have to purchase it, which is pointless because they have it right there. As for domestic animals, we see no fault in denying people the right to kill them; but what you are proposing is too restrictive and discriminates against a rural lifestyle.

MessageThe PUR feels this is a regressive measure. Our food sources need to be sustainable. Over-fishing now means no fish for the future. Plain and simple. GM crops feed millions and banning them may mean more famine than feat for Kanjor and we cannot in good conscious support that. We are in favor of Article 4 but this is not sufficient to warrant our vote on this bill.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.
