This bill, when passed will give more authority to the teachers in schools, but also allow us to moderate the disciplinary proceedures as a national government. It will also ensure pupils are being taught safe sex, so that knowledge becomes a weapon against underage pregnancy and STI's. Our educational institutions need this bill to pass so that they may advance further and help our society improve, morally and intellectually. |
