| Message | We disconcur. It will hurt our people. A tax on a corporation always falls on an individual. Be it the employees who cannot see raises as much, or the executives who see pay reduced, or the consumers who see the products or services from the company raised. Taxing food and other essential goods will simply hurt the poor who are struggling to get by. And a higher tax on luxury goods will simply harm the economy. Regardless, our income is incredibly well-handled. We are currently running a surplus of 34 Billion DRA. More than enough is being paid out from our income to the few expenses the national government incurs. As a Minarchist government, we have no need for money. In fact, it will be a vast danger to give more money to the government. |
