MessageMr Speaker,

We believe that the aforementioned treaty is usefull to discourage any other forms of government in what we consider to be part of the Terran Empire. We do not approve of the current Aldurian "republic", although we do not believe hostilities or diplomatic sanctions are profitable to the Empire for now. However, we do not want to appear as approving of the government of Alduria, which refuses to recognize the rightfull rule of His Most Excellent and Imperial majesty.

I yield.
