Bill: Justice Policy

Details

Submitted by[?]: Imperial Malivian Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2128

Description[?]:

Some of the current justice policies are restricting, or just irrational.

1. Extraction to countries practicing capital punishment should be allowed. Again however only in the cases of crimes like crimes against humanity. Not allowing extraction solely because a government practices capital punishment it a terrible idea. Terrorists would flock to our borders for a safe haven from their crimes.

2.If the private sector wants to build gated communities, then by all means let them. They should have the right to protect themselves by living surrounded by walls. Most likely only the wealthiest of citizens could afford to live in gated community any way, and if they aren't living in them they're either living on large estates or in some sky line pent house. Building gated communities will also bring in jobs to the locate community as they will need to be built and maintained. And the government can set laws into motion to regulate where and how they're built.

Messagefine on two, against the first and on the fence on the last one.

Capital punishment is just state sanctioned murder and should never be applied.

We should not interfer with the laws of other lands.

LibCom, I believe raises the point on the cost of determining if a party is eligible. We feel that all should be entitled to state aid, but if they want to hire their own defense they do at their expense.

MessageWait a second..

Article 1 allows us to extradite someone to another nation that practices capital punishment? And we abhor that practice?

I don't think so.

No objection to 2.
