| Biological and Chemical Weapons are considered to be Weapons of Mass Destruction(WMD) and have the protential to cause great civilian damages if used in warfare. Furtherfore, the effects of biological weapons are hard to control. The regulation of Biological and Chemical Weapons is comparable to that of the nuclear weapons. Therefore, we hereby purpose a No-First-Strike policy. However, we still have the right to produce and store Biological and Chemical Weapons. |
