With this resolution, we hereby prohibit all Lodamun officials to enter our beloved nation. New security measures towards international travel will be created, in order to effectively screen out those who threaten our integrity. The Lodamun embassy in Polykratos is to receive extra security protection. Permanent citizens of Kalopia with Lodamese ethnicity or origin will be permitted to stay in the nation, however, travelers, tourists and visa users will be expelled back to their nation. This applies for citizens of Lodamun. |

Message | That's not 2/3rds. 2/3 = x/500 => 1000=3x => 333,3... So, this being a resolution fails to meet the 2/3rds demands. |
