The Government would like to present the senate with some new guidelines which will be implemented by January 2763.

1. All unmarried people must be told they are immoral by a local councillor and will be encouraged to marry by the local parish, who will find them a suitable member of the opposite sex to marry with.

2. Any married couples who have not had a child will recieve a local visit from a nun or monk, who will offer sexual health advice and tips on the best way to concieve.

3. Any lone parent families or loners living in possibly too big homes, will be ejected and forced to sell their home. Local government will not place anyone in social housing who is not a nucleur family.

4. Any senator who is not married with children, will kindly be asked to either resign or dye their hair Blue.
