| The Legislature with the approval of the HOS shall hereby commit all members of the Democratic Socialist Party to a public flogging. All members of the Democratic Socialists shall be stripped naked and then beaten with wooden rods (Singapore Style). The beating shall not be so harmful as to break bones or any permanent damage. The Minister of Interior shall conduct and supervise the display. |
