MessageThere has been concern voiced about the populace being powerless against the police if guns are outlawed for private citizens. We feel that this is a better solution than allowing free posession of guns, and will reduce incidences of police brutality.

MessageLethal in this case means weapons specifically designed to kill rather than disable. Therefore it does not preclude batons or mace IMO
