Bill: Historical Protection Agencies
Details
Submitted by[?]: Commercial Freedom
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2129
Description[?]:
A culture and a historical background is important in everyone's lives. We, as a government, should make our historical background open to all our citizens. Since it would be controlled by the government having access to these areas or monuments, it would be either completely free or requiring a minimal fee for maintenance (a non-profit fee). In case you were wondering, yes private companies that are already in control of places that may be considered "Historical" won't be obliged to follow these laws. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change National, cultural and historic sites and monuments.
Old value:: The state does not undertake any action towards the protection of cultural and historical heritage.
Current: This matter is left up to the local governments.
Proposed: The state actively protects scenery, localities, cultural, and historical sites; it maintains an agency to preserve them untouched if public interest so requires.
