Prison Reform Act, 2773 Article 1 1) Nothing in this act shall be construed to allow prisoners convicted of violent or sexual offenses to participate in voluntary prison job programs. 2) Nothing in this act shall be construed to allow prisoners sentenced to a term of imprisonment longer than ten years to participate in prison job plans. |
