Message | Please know that the EIN is aware that this bill will not conclude prior to the next election, but we believe it would be good to debate on this matter so that when it comes up again following the next elections this vote can proceed as necessary. Message | If anything, the DCD would like to see legislative terms re-extended to 4 years rather than hovering on 3 1/2. Our party would not support shortening terms at this time. As a party which has extensive experience reaching out to and collaborating with the international community, many of our experienced officials will attest to the fact that international agreements take immense amounts of time to forge, and nothing is more detrimental to their progress than an overly frequent change of administration. Shorter terms would also set back domestic gains, reducing the amount of work that could be accomplished in a single legislative cycle. Drake Dalton Charman Democratic Capitalist Delegation |

Message | In light of the comments from Mr. Dalton, we have changed the proposal for term length from 36 to 48 months. He makes an excellent point concerning the amount of work that can be done. As for our proposal to lower the number of seats, we believe that the size of the government personnel-wise has grown too much and that this has diluted its ability to govern efficiently. Message | What leads you to believe the number of politicians in Parliament effects the way that it can govern? If anything it gives all parties a more precise election result. Andrea B. Johnston Party Leader Telamon Moderate Party |

Message | We simply believe that having a Parliament that is comprised of too many members is unnecessary and dilutes the ability to govern efficiently by allowing for the sway of lobbyists. As the number of representatives rises, the accountability of each member falls because of their ability to blend into the mass of representation, in turn making them unnecessarily susceptible to corruption.
