| Until such time that the situation regarding the safety of Pontesian citizens in Trigunya and Talmoria is of satisfaction to Pontesian Government, all Trigunya and Talmoria citizen is under detention until further notices. Police officer are to inspect all hotels and arrest anyone with Trigunya or Talmoria passport or no passport. Trigunya and Talmoria embassy is to be seized and all document is to be considered as a property of the Empire. All detained are to be treated well and under internationally accepted standard. However, Talmoria Schultzist will be trial for practicing forbidden religion in the nation. For each Pontesian citizen executed by Trigunya government, one Trigunya citizen will be executed. |
