This bill would extend the laws against vulgarity to acts which, while not technically intercourse, are on the periphery of sexual behaviour and certainly indecent. Under no circumstances may this bill prohibit greetings and signs of affection which do not involve contact of sensitive areas. |

Message | It says "sexually explicit". I'm not sure it is even possible to call a kiss explicit, even if they're wall-banging/making out. There's gotta be hands up shirts or down pants to be "explicit," but I suppose a cop in a really really bad mood (or one who really needs to get laid) could say that ^.^ so yeah, put it in there just to keep the jerks away. |
