| To assure that our glorious Empire never falls, we propose the following bill, in continuation of part 1: -To assure that our great Empire is protected against all enemies foreign, the Imperial Office of Foreign Intelligence (OFI) is created, with the task of gathering intelligence and acting in whatever way is necessary to protect the Empire and the Monarch. -To assure that our great Empire is protected against all enemies domestic, the Imperial Office of Domestic Security (ODS) is created, with the task of gathering intelligence, policing inter-duchy crime and acting in whatever way is necessary to protect the Empire and Monarch. -Both Offices will be funded by the Ministry of Defense. -Both Offices will report only to the Monarch of Luthori. -Both Offices will be headed by Directors. -Both Directors shall be appointed by the Monarch. -The two directors assembled make up the Directorate of National Security. |
