| Whereas in 2449 in response to aggression against Pontesi and Gaduridos, Pontesi have ask for the GPO not to interfere with the decision of Baltusia to declare war aganist Pontesi Whereas GPO persists in violating call for peace by continuing to engage in troops mobilization in Barmenistan and Baltusia. Whereas the current GPO leader has demonstrated its capability and willingness to use weapons against other nations in order to achieved their imperialistic hold and expand the organization; Now, therefore, be it resolved by the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne of the Pontesian Dynastic Empire in parliament assembled, SEC. 1. SHORT TITLE. This joint resolution may be cited as the "Mobilization of the Armed Forces in Defence of Pontesi". SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF PONTESIAN ARMED FORCES. (a) AUTHORIZATION. The Grand Vizier General is authorized to use the Armed Forces of the Pontesian Dynastic Empire as he determines to be necessary and appropriate in order to (1) defend the national security of the Pontesian Dynastic Empire against the continuing threat. (2) protect the Pontesian Protectorate of Gaduridos aganist the continuing threat. (3) authorize the full moblization of the reservist and the regular army. (4) declaration of state of emergency in the entire country and Gaduridos. |
