To pass the following rules.

1. Everyone in the senate must dress as follows. Black dinner jacket, white shirt, Black Tie and Black shoes.
2. Everyone must carry a bible
3. Everyone must not smile or laugh in the senate.
4. Everyone must ignore those who are homosexual, unmarried, have given birth or have been given birth too outside of wedlock.
5. Everyone must ask those who are not upper class to leave the senate.
