| Our military operations in Talmoria have ended and the outcome is most favourable for the Empire. Upon passage of this bill, the Imperial Diet will recognize the annexation of the territories our military is currently occupying in the western colonies of Talmoria. There are 5 colonies which together, shall make up the area to be known as the Grand Duchy of Talmorschland. The provisional colonial capital shall be situated at Fort Henry and the provisional governor shall be Admiral Sir Arthur Wessby, commander of the Imperial forces in the Grand Duchy. The Diet will also authorize 45'000'000 Luthori Pounds to be sent to the Talmorian authorities as payment, as per the agreed peace treaty terms. A further peace treaty will also be ratified by this august assembly and the Talmorian legislature to confirm a state of peace between our two nations. OOC: Basically, our colonies in Talmoria will be everuthing that does not belong to Zardugal and was previously a colony of Talmoria (Zardugal has 7 colonies, we have 5). |
