Message | Only one country has this law in their books; must mean this policy does not work that well. Every mondern country has this law, hell even Kafuri has this law, and I think we all know how backwards that country is. However, the FAP is not voting against this simply because of what other nations law, we are voting against it because this bill just throws out the federal government entirely in a vital part of our educational system. |

Message | There are many countries that leave up even MORE devolution and are doing just fine. Universities are still federally-backed, as they should be. Smaller colleges and colleges local to individual Crownlands are the only ones devolved. |
