MessageEarlean Herschell, Social Democratic Party Candidate for Justice,

"We recommend that the legislature adopt this proposal, in the effort to find and secure liberties for all citizens.

The right to protest against unjust and tyrannical government, which can be communicated through the burning of the flag, is a fundamental and sacred right that we must ensure. Freedom of speech, whether we like it or not, extends to acts of symbolism, such as the burning of the flag, and requires that we change domestic policy to enhance the rights of our People.

The Amicabiliter Democratic Secui/ Social Democratic Party thus submits this act for consideration by the legislature."

MessageAs Speaker of this Diet I address a unique warning to the members of the APS. Failure to abide by the Code of Address http (://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=251468) will result in penalties. As is tradition, the first offence by a new party will not be sanctioned.

Message"Mr. Speaker,

We request that you review our argument listed under Clarification of Procedures (or to the like).

Because this clarification has not yet been sanctioned, we will temporarily engage in the appropriate Code of Address.

I respectfully yield."
