From | People's Progressive Party | To | Debating the A Motto for Gaduridos | Message | If the word progress which is after all used in other ways then describing parties makes the motto we proposed our motto, then adding sausage makes it obvious its the motto of the ISP. The fact is this nation is not untied, free, and striving to make progress just to be able to produce sausages. It undermines the diversity and individualism of our people. |

From | People's Progressive Party | To | Debating the A Motto for Gaduridos | Message | How about this as a compromise then: "Unity, Freedom, Prosperity!" Hence no words that are related to the names of any current political parties. |

From | People's Progressive Party | To | Debating the A Motto for Gaduridos | Message | Yes, but doesnt freedom accurately describe what the citizens of our Free Republic have? After all they can choose their government. |

From | Democratic Centre Party of Gaduridos | To | Debating the A Motto for Gaduridos | Message | Not sure we like the "Loyalty" in there. The DCP doesn't want to look down on patriotism, but doesn't this sponsor a "My Country right or wrong?" mindset? We'll be opposing the motto in its current form, there's plenty of time to make up a new one later. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
