| Message | "Mr. Speaker, My Right Honorable colleagues will understand that while I am also a Director within this body I am also serving the Federation in the post as Minister of the Finance Ministry. It is within the scope of my duties to address the Directorate today on the latest proposal put forward by my party with the endorsement of the Ministry of Finance and now to discuss this proposal which comes directly from the Ministry of Finance. The state of the Zardic economy is expanding at an unprecedented rate. Unemployment remains at all-time lows in all of our five Federal States. The per capita income of working families is increasing as well. With the economic stimulus package this body passed and under the constant guidance and oversight of the Ministry of Finance the GDP of the Federation is also at an all time high; within the top ten last reports I've seen! This is quite an accomplishment and every member of this body deserves praise in their support of the initiatives undertaken to ensure our economy doesn't remain stable but, increases and fosters a national environment where wages increase, more small business open and generally make the lives of all the citizens of our Federal States and Federated Colonies better off. With that said, the current economic situation warrants further reductions in taxes domestically. In the last year we've cut the sales tax, corporation tax and our economy still is at full-boar. The Ministry of Finance accordingly sponsors and endorses this measure to further increase spending domestically which will further facilitate in stimulating our economy.
