Message | Quite oddly, the very same UFP proposed the bill that took away from local governments the power to regulate on the sale of tobacco not very long ago, which was passed with the LP's support. It is rather bizarre that the UFP would reverse their positions like this, in such a short period. Could it be that the UFP is once more trying to manipulate Alorian public opinion, this time against the LP, by proposing legislation with which it disagrees, with the objective of instilling in the Alorian people's minds the misconception that the LP is not a pro-federalist party? The LP is a coherent party, and it has been through nothing other than coherency and respect for the Alorian parliament and people that it has achieved its status as Aloria's largest party. It stands by its position and will not give in to political blackmail. If it stands to lose a few votes in the next elections, so be it. It will not back down in the defence of what it considers to be Aloria's best interest. |

Message | The UFP keeps a steady eye on the ever changing political atmosphere in Aloria. In the previous elections, the Alorian people made it quite clear that they prefer a government modeled in the spirit of a federalist rather than one carefully crafted by a unitary mind. The UFP felt it was absolutely necessary to change our anti-regulation stance to one that provides local governments with the final authority on the issue. Coherency is always a necessity for any healthy political organization, however the UFP places the will of the people over the advancement of party unity. Perhaps the Liberty Party should do the same. |

Message | Is it possible that UFP stands for United Flip-flopping Party? As we've said before, the LP is not a windsock. Its platform is clear - more freedom and a smaller government, closer to the people. The Alorians that have voted for us did so because of those values. We would not betray their trust by changing our votes every time the wind changes direction. |

Message | If adjusting your opinion based on the latest information is flip flopping, and stubbornly maintaining a position despite whatever new facts may arise is strong leadership; then the UFP gladly takes the position of "senseless flip flopper." |
