This Act shall re-establish the primacy of the Crown over the Southern Territories and determine, in full, its administrative nature.

Articles:
1. The Southern Territories of Lourenne consisting of twenty provinces shall be grouped into two greater administrative jurisdictions and named as Orléans and Vasser after the royal family (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/File:Lourenne.jpg)
2. The territories are the property of the Crown under the House of Orléans-Vasser
3. The administration of the territories can be delegated to the elected government of Metropolitan Lourenne
4. Article 3 becomes null and void if the Monarch deems the government to be corrupt or unable, such as in the case of the deposition of said Monarch, after which the administration of the territories automatically reverts to the House of Orléans-Vasser
5. This bill can only be revoked by the House of Orléans-Vasser
