Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:

Message | Prayer in schools? We may have to activate our anti-fascist militia. |
Date | 00:34:07, July 24, 2009 CET | From | Socialist Party of Kalistan (SPoK) | To | Debating the Change 4 |
Message | I think some of the more egregious proposals should be stripped from this Bill. Laws promoting teacher prayer in schools and relief of religious taxation will be challenged in Constitutional Court if this law passed. It is a violation of the "no establishment" clause of our Nation's Bill of rights. We have plaintiffs lined up ready to file, and the entire law itself will be annulled when we win the case. |
Date | 01:19:40, July 24, 2009 CET | From | National Justice Party | To | Debating the Change 4 |
Message | We must agree with SPoK, we cannot allow the religious fanatics of Kalistan to run this government. Let it be known: Upon passage of this bill, we will remove fanatical fundamentalism from it in a quick fashion. So we will vote Yes and immediately introduce a bill removing support for the fanatics. |

Message | It is unaceptable that a court can destoy a law that a democratic parliament has passed. |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
