Message | Mr. Speaker, We at the FP do not trust the state to decide what is a "proven falsehood" and we do not think that any freedom-loving party could trust the state in this area. We challenge the EVP to provide a reasoning for why the federal gov't should declare a curfew. We at the FP are not of the view that state gov'ts are stupid. If there is a _real_ natural disaster or what have you, they can declare it themselves. We believe the ONLY reason for the federal state to have this power is for it to control the people at its whim. If the EVP does not support, then the EVP is not a federalist power. Yield. |
