| Current system: Citizens: People living in Luthori homeland, and the officials from the homeland in the colonies. They can vote for members of the Imperial Diet. Have all rights of the Luthori homeland. Make up the Imperial Military. Subjects: Citizens of the colonies. Vote in their local colonies. Have all rights of a Luthorian and any local ones. Can not vote in Luthori Diet elections. Make up the Colonial Militaries. Proposed: The current system stays but we add that if a Subject serves in the Military for over 30 years, he or she may be given the rights of a full Luthori Homeland Citizen no matter where they live. |
