Aloria's beautiful forests are of great national importance. This is an act that will establish regulations on the forestry industry in order to protect both the industry itself and the forests it relies upon. Article 1 - Establishes the Alorian Forestry Department (AFD) to manage all natural growth forests and forest plantations. The logging for timber is performed by private companies under contract. Timber production is limited to plantation forests. Article 2 - All natural growth forests are protected under federal law and managed by the AFD. A permit is required by those who wish to conduct any form of clearing within these forests. |
