| This act hereby authorized the creation of the Department of Internal Security (DIS) to be directly under the command of the Chairman of the Communist Party of Darnussian Republic, Nadia Zovastina. The Department shall be considered a part of the Communist Party and are not obliged to follow the command of the cabinet of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Darnussia. Darnussia National Police Force and Darnussia Intelligence Agency are hereby incorparated into the DIS. The Department of Internal Security shall be recognize as the nation sole intelligence agency and police forces and shall be permitted to undertake all surveilence operation and conduct all arrest and investigation in the country. The Department of Internal Security (DIS) shall consist of: - Office of the Chief of Department of Internal Security - Foreign Intelligence Directorate - Counter-intelligence Directorate - Internal Security Directorate - Anti-Organized Crime Directorate - Crime Directorate - Directorate 7 This is to be considered as a constitution amendment and will require 2/3rd to repeal.
