Message | Article 2 I would have discussed if you had left this bill for debate Article 1 seems unnecessary and how will it make the environment better? At the moment the government approves and regulates agricultural chemical use which allows us to monitor what chemicals are being used and their effects on the environment and to ban those which harm it if necessary. This proposed change to the law will permit farmers to use any chemical they like - regardless of whether or not it is harmful to the environment, just so long as they list the chemicals they use. Why change? |
