| Recognizing the imminent nationalization of the energy sector, whilst understanding the arguments layed out by the ICL, we propose that a single energy company, working under an Imperial Charter to prevent abuse, be responsible for the provision of energy. We propose that company be Hexlon Standard Energy Co, a branch of Hexlon Imperial, a joint Mordusian and Luthori company. |
