MessageMr Speaker,

Treating prisoners well will encourage foreign powers to do the same. This will encourage peace and friendship between Luthori and other lands.

I yield

MessageMr Speaker,

This is foolish policy. What are these internationally accepted standards. i hear in certain countries, such was once the case in Deltaria, it was common to enslave prisoners, should we abide by that? Only because a majority of people do it by no means does it signify its right.

I yield.
