SR 6: RSPAA-2802 -------------------------- Racial Supremacy and Purity Assurance Act of 2802 Proposed by Adam Holt, Former Senate Warden of Solentia, Solentian Racial Supremacy Party Chairman A BILL to provide for the safety of the Solentian citizen by enumerating and separating undesirable elements. Be it enacted by the Senate of the Federal Republic of Solentia assembled, Section I: Short title. Article 1). This Act may be cited as the 'Racial Supremacy and Purity Act of 2802'. Section II: Senate findings. Article 1). The Senate of the Federal Republic of Solentia finds that, given the insignificant and disappointing contributions made by racial minorities to the betterment of the State over the 403 years of Federal Republican government in Solentia when compared to the glorious contributions and accomplishments of the Solentian racial majority, it is imperative that inferior racial groups be enumerated by and segregated from Solentian society so as to minimize their detrimental effects on the State. Section III: Definitions. 'Racial minorities' or any derivation thereof means any racially inferior non-member of the Solentian race, including but not limited to Asians, Arabs, Blacks, etc. 'Solentian' or any derivation thereof with a racial implication means any member of the Caucasian race who dwells within and claims citizenry of the Federal Republic of Solentia. Section IV: Proposals. Article 1). Beginning on January 1 of the year immediately following passage of this Act, all nationals of the Federal Republic of Solentia shall be required to register their racial descent with the Ministry of Internal Affairs. (A1, A) -------------- Registration as a member of the Solentian race shall require proof of descent for up to six (6) generations, at the discretion of the Minister of Internal Affairs or a designee thereof. (A1, A, a) -------------- Recognition and approval as a member of the Solentian race shall be allowed to no national with more than 1/20th racial minority descent. At the discretion of the Minister of Internal Affairs or a designee thereof, this number may be used as a minimum requirement. (A1, B) -------------- Those registered as a member of a racial minority shall be required to re-register once every three years. Article 2). All future interracial marriages and civil unions shall be banned immediately upon the passage of this Act and all existing interracial marriages and civil unions shall be nullified. Article 3). All forms of interracial sexual relations shall be banned immediately upon the passage of this Act. Article 4). Beginning on January 1 of the year immediately following the passage of this Act all educational facilities shall be required to segregate racial minority attendees from Solentian attendees. (A4, A) -------------- No public funding will be made available for providing educational facilities for racial minorities. Article 5). Beginning on January 1 of the year immediately following the passage of this Act citizenship shall only be extended to those nationals of the Solentian race, and racial minorities will be universally stripped of their Solentian citizenship. Section V: Enforcement. Article 1). All enforcement policies for breaches in compliance with this Act shall be at the discretion of the Minister of Internal Affairs. (A1, A) -------------- The Minister of Internal Affair's enforcement policies may be overturned by a 2/3rds majority vote in the Senate which specifically states the policy to be overturned. Section VI: Rules. Article 1). This package requires a 50% vote in favor by the Senate to take effect. Article 2). This package will remain in effect until voted down by a 2/3rds majority of the Senate. |
