MessageSeems like a good idea to me since it provides the HoS with a real purpose since his ability to propose cabinets was stripped. It's a good way to simplify the court system. Other attempts to impose "Supreme Courts" have always failed. While the LP maintained a dictatorship, its Supreme Court justices never cited any law to base their decisions on. The United Republics Party always provided evidence in the law to support its legal opinions. If this HoS option does not work out, it can always be overturned by a simple majority so the Parliament could keep the HoS from abusing this power.

If this bill would pass, the URP would agree not to accept the position of Justice Minister to prevent a conflict of interest.

MessageThe head of state already has a strong cultural and figurative purpose. We believe this is a powerful enough position.
