| We consider prostitution by its very nature to be harmful, exploitative and a form of patriarchal violence against women. Therefore: 1. The purchase of sex must be criminalised with the punishment a fine or prison sentence of up to 6 months 2. Prostitutes themselves should not be punished but instead treated as victims deserving of help and support 3. Resources and funding must be made available to projects aimed at helping women to escape from the sex industry. |

| Message | We agree in the moral, but we think this will make the profession more underground and makes a monopoly for the mafia. If we have it legal we can easier monitor the prostitutes and arrest so called pimps and sex trafficing offenders. The prostitutes will be easier harmed by the customers since its not an controled enviroment. Therefor we will vote no. |

| Message | That is perhaps a danger but we feel that this new law will be another weapon the police have at their disposal to fight traffickers and pimps. It will also help reduce the demand for prostitution in the first place which will make these illegal activities less profitable. We feel that the best way to help prostitutes is to make it as easy as possible for them to leave the sex industry completely because they can never be fully safe for as long as they continue to work there. |

Mange er tvunget å selge kroppene deres gjennom fattigdom, vold, eller rusavhengighet. Vi synes at dersom vi vil hjelpe disse kvinnene er det viktig å holde mennene som misbruker dem ansvarlige for handlingene deres. |
