As acting Foreign Minister, I feel that these changes need to be made for Telamon to be safer and better run. Article 1 was proposed so we can make sure that we are getting the best immigrants coming to live in Telamon. Article 2 was proposed because we should not just give our money away. Article 3 was proposed because are current trade agreements require us to follow Article 3. Article 4 was proposed because I feel that it will make Telamon safer without abusing privacy rights.
