Details

Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2807
Description[?]:
Since humans are born with a free mind we also think that you are free to take whatever you want in you own body. Its weird that its legal to drink burning acid but not to take so called XTC, LSD, Opium and such. This is a purly health mather and should not be concidered a crime. Also with heroin illegal the mafia has a monopoly on heroin. The mobsters do not regulate drugs and would give it free to a teenager to make him/her addictet, for so to torpedo the money from them when they get addictet and own money. We should regulate every drug there is and work for programs to help quiting. Research how we can effectivly prevent usage and help people quit. To manage this we should not have a law on what people can take in their bodies. |
Proposals

Message | It is important not to encourage the taking of drugs. However the current law doesn't work very well and we feel that state control and regulation is likely to be a more effective approach. |

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar). |
