| We acknowledge that lands east and south of Sekowo are unincorporated. They are not controlled by any governments or countries. They are savage lands, mostly consisting of beast-men. Beast-men have no capacities to think nor can they reason. They are no sentinent. They cannot manage and manipulate the land to the betterment of humanity.
