Trade Union Bargining The Government must allow a 'free' bargining process to be undertaken so that the worker can fully represent themselves and be backed by the full force of their numbers and organisational power, rather than be subject to a decision by their employer or by the state. 2. The Right to Control the Workplace Democratic Workers Councils pave the way to the full emanciptation of the Workers from the control of the corporate bureaucracy and financial groups. if the workers are to freely determine there own social activity by a democratic and free process, it must be by toppiling the 'right to manage' of each executive and director in turn. |

Message | in light of the massive electoral shift away from HJP and UPF, I will re-inniate debates on SWU legislation. I will remove the second article (DWC's) in order to pass the first, if that is what is required for it to pass. |

Message | Dead set against 2. I hope that the FP agrees with us when we say that Saridani should be allowed a free market and will vote against 2 if it comes up. 1 I'm willing to accept although it's a little useless and will just cause a lot of bureaucracy in the end (I thought swu was against that) |

Message | 'free' labour bargining is good news if the unions are stronger. it's a cynics way out. |

Message | HJP brought in many rights for unions including secondary strike action and allow to protest without being fired. To say they dont have rights is a lie thanks to our party. article 2 has nothing to do with unions |
