| By the powers formerly vested in the Princely Council and the Sovereign Prince, By the authority of the people projected through the April 2813 elections, The following of Acts of Dissolution and Union are hereby applied unto the ancient constitution of the Hutors. (i) The Principality of Central Macon and all of its laws and institutions are hereby dissolved and abolished upon the passing of this legislation; the House of Lusk and all of its heirs are hereby banished in perpetuity from the Lands that formerly comprised the Principality. Any member or supporter of the House of Lusk within the former Principality after November 25, 2814 shall be executed without trial. (ii) The regions formerly known as Constituencies (namely, Falristan, Lagard, Adelia, Roccato, and Kenai) are hereby independent and sovereign states ("Kingdoms") under the jurisdiction and sovereign authority of several Kings. The King ruling over each respective Kingdom is to be selected by hereditary patrilinear succession under the principles of primogeniture. The Royal Houses controlling each Kingdom are assigned respectively as follows: -Falristan: House of Paeleon -Lagard: House of Aloris -Adelia: House of Korin -Roccato: House of Licenu -Kenai: House of Nacedor Each Kingdom shall be administered and governed at the pleasure of King and his family. All of the five Kingdoms profess, as their official religion, the Christian faith, specifically, the Orthodox Catholic Church. Only members of the Orthodox Catholic Church may sit on a throne of one of the five kingdoms. However, followers of other Christian denominations other than Lutheranism shall not be persecuted. All Lutheran churches, organizations, and practices are outlawed in the five Kingdoms. (iii) The Five Kingdoms of Falristan, Lagard, Adelia, Roccato, and Kenai shall be members of a religious and defensive regional organization and trust. This non-sovereign entity is known as the Union of Holy Kingdoms in Central Macon (UHK). The UHK consists of two institutions: the Emperorship and the Council of Lords. The Council of Lords is a legislative body comprised of nobles from each of the five Kingdoms. Popular elections determine which nobles shall sit in the Council. The Council of Lords passes resolutions that the Kings are encouraged but not obliged to enact. The Council also forms a Cabinet for the administration of common resources, common infrastructure, common defense, and foreign policy for all five of the Kingdoms. The Council and Cabinet are led by the Lord Protector. The Emperorship is held by a King of one of the Five Kingdoms. He is elected by the Council of Lords and serves for life. The Emperor is primarily a figurehead who represents the Union of Holy Kingdoms for all of Terra. He is also entrusted with spreading and strengthening the Orthodox Catholic Church within the UHK. |
