| Be it resolved that in order to ensure that government spending remains at sustainable levels, no Aldurian government is permitted to spend more than 4% of Aldurias' gross domestic product unless there is an emergency. In the event of a national emergency the government is allowed to spend up to 15% of Aldurias' GDP provided such spending is authorized by a unanimous vote of the legislature. This additional spending is only permitted for up to 5 years unless reauthorized by another unanimous vote. |
