Let the S'lachna hunt as they see fit.

However the following is added to this bill:

a) it's a capital offence for Otrok to hunt game in the S'lachna's jungles.

b) Otrok's who commit the crime may be caught on CCTV. If Otok's are maimed whilst poachng, the game wardens are to try and protect the animal, events such as this caught on CCTV shall be distributed freely or will be shown on Deltarians Funniest Home Videos
