MessageTo tax higher order incomes at 50% will be detrimental to not only society, but the economy.

The Naso's agree income tax is necessary, given the deficit your party has developed; however the tax value is completely ridiculous.

MessageThe tax burden is not as ridiculously huge as it may seem when looking at the rates like this. Let's say someone earns 200 000 MRD yearly. The first 50 000 MRD will be tax free, the next 25 000 taxed at 5 %, the next 25 000 at 16 %, the next 25 000 at 26 %, the next 25 000 at 36 %, the next 25 000 at 46 %, and the last 25 000 MRD will be taxed at 50 %. This adds up to 44 750 MRD of 200 000, which is about 23 %.

And the income tax was not instituted to balance the budget, we just made 1 % increases in some brackets.
