| Message | This is an important and major constitutional change, if youre going to keep proposing this give a justification for it and a proper title. Why should this be changed, the government runs efficiently [as long as no silly bugger is dedicating policy towards tearing the nation apart.] as it is. The Chancellor carries out the duties of heading the cabinet and along with the speaker mediates between the parties in the house. There is no need to fill the Presidential Office the only acts that are restricted to the president alone and that the Cabinet and Chancellor cannot enact in his absence is a declaration of law and the suspension of parliament neither which would be suffered by the Cildanian people. There is no need for the lessening of Cildanian democracy or any further strain on the Cildanian budget that this 'reform' would bring. We will not support this and we would never support so serious a move when the party proposing has put no thought or effort into the bill as you should damn well know by now. |
