Bill: Hate Speech
Details
Submitted by[?]: Federal Coalition
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 2818
Description[?]:
Where is the freedom of speech in the current laws, and who is to say what is and is not hate speech. If on an aired brodcast a political party says that they do not support gay couples adopting because according to their data gays are more likily to molest children. Is the human rights commision going to sue them, under current laws yes. It is a rediculous concept and we do not support it. |
