| Message | Farming communities certainly cannot be entrusted to regulate their own farmers' chemical usage; they would simply bend to the will of the farmers and allow them to use anything, which would result in pesticides being used that would be toxic nationwide-- for that matter worldwide, when it comes to exports. |
